I had an excellent experience at Om Shanti Ayurveda Spa, where I completed several courses including Ayurvedic massage, Marma Points, cupping therapy, and Beauty Ayurveda. The training was very complete, combining both theory and hands-on practice, which allowed for deep and practical learning. The teachers were highly knowledgeable, professional, and truly passionate about sharing their expertise. They were always supportive, attentive, and willing to answer questions throughout the learning process. My deep Ayurvedic massage was very good. Thanks to Puuna with whom i felt secure, like sisterhood, and understood for my needs. I enjoyed the Marigold around my neck as a symbol of respect and protection. As a traveler, I liked the pictures they took of me with them before the massage for my memories! Such a beautiful experience at Om Shanti massage center! I did the ayurveda massage and marma points course I am deeeply grateful for all the knowlegde I had learned in the most fun way but most of all i feel blessed for the connection to the teachers.
