1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Om Shanti Ayurveda Spa. By accessing our website, booking an Ayurvedic massage or therapy session, registering for certification courses, or participating in retreats at our Tapovan center in Rishikesh, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please consult our staff prior to scheduling.

2. Medical Disclaimer & Health Mandatory Disclosures

Ayurvedic treatments, Shirodhara, Panchakarma, Marma therapy, and bodywork provided at Om Shanti Ayurveda Spa are traditional holistic wellness therapies and educational arts. They are not a substitute for emergency medical care, surgical intervention, or conventional medical diagnosis.

3. Bookings, Advance Payments & Deposits

• Advance Deposit Requirement: For multi-day Panchakarma programs, stay packages, and professional certification courses, a 50% advance deposit is required to reserve your seat and setup dedicated training/therapist schedules.
• Single Service Sessions: Walk-in appointments and single massage/treatment sessions can be paid on-site in INR cash or approved digital payment methods.
• Prices & Currency: All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹). Prices are subject to update, but confirmed bookings with paid deposits will honor the agreed price.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We organize custom herbal preparations, droni setups, and master teacher time for each reservation:

• Single Session Rescheduling: Please notify us via WhatsApp at least 4 hours in advance to reschedule your session without penalty.
• Course & Retreat Deposit Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the course start date qualify for rescheduling to a future date within 12 months. Deposits for cancellations made within 7 days of commencement are non-refundable but transferable to another individual upon request.

5. Professional Conduct & Ethics

Om Shanti Ayurveda Spa is a sacred environment of holistic healing and educational learning. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for sexual harassment, inappropriate conduct, or disrespect toward our therapists, master teachers, or fellow students. Both male and female therapists are trained professional practitioners. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the treatment/course with full forfeiture of fees.

6. Certification Courses & International Recognition

Students completing professional courses (Panchakarma, Ayurveda Marma Combined, Thai Massage, or Beauty Ayurveda) will receive an official signed Certificate of Completion from master teacher Prem Kumar and Om Shanti Ayurveda. While our certificates are widely respected internationally for independent bodywork practice, students are responsible for verifying local licensing regulations in their home countries.

7. Personal Belongings & Liability

Guests are advised to keep jewelry and valuable personal belongings in secure accommodation safes. Om Shanti Ayurveda Spa is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items during therapy or course sessions.
